ASOVICTRA is a social and educational organization that pursues its mission through a wide range of social, institutional, and corporate programs directly related to civil, human, and collective rights within the four "T" areas: Work, Traffic, Transportation, and Technology.   ASOVICTRA's model is based on three strategic pillars: Preventive education and training, focused on developing skills in road, workplace, and technological safety; risk management and analysis, applied to production, operational, and community environments; and comprehensive care and support for victims, provided through social, legal, and psychological guidance, as well as coordination with specialized support networks. This approach allows for intervention in both the prevention of adverse events and the mitigation of their impacts, thus fostering safer and more sustainable environments.

What does ASOVICTRA do?

ASOVICTRA develops comprehensive programs that combine education, prevention, technical training, and social assistance, focusing on: Road safety and defensive driving: Specialized training for private, professional, and corporate drivers, including methodologies such as the Smith system and preventive and tactical driving programs aimed at avoiding traffic accidents. Industrial safety and occupational health: Training in workplace risk prevention, ergonomics, load handling, use of personal protective equipment, and occupational risk analysis. Safe operation of industrial vehicles: Technical training in the operation of heavy machinery, forklifts, lifting equipment, and industrial vehicles, contributing to the reduction of accidents in production environments.  Community road safety education: Programs aimed at different population groups, including initiatives focused on senior citizens, motorcyclists, and civic responsibility in traffic. Comprehensive victim support: Support in areas such as legal and psychological counseling, rehabilitation, and social guidance for people affected by traffic, transportation, workplace, and technology-related accidents. Projects and lines of action: ASOVICTRA promotes various initiatives with social and business impact, including: Education and information programs for motor vehicle users: Objective: To inform and disseminate road safety as a resource to strengthen road safety culture and human responsibility as road users. Purpose: To reduce accidents from the user's perspective, minimize human injuries, and promote respect and dignity along with a high ethical and moral standard. Training for diligent carriers, operators, and drivers. Objective: To contribute to the professional development, ethics, and preventative conduct of transportation and driving professionals through learning resources and methods. Information and dissemination of the rights and duties of carriers and companies before, during, and after a trip. Purpose: To reduce road and work-related accidents associated with the role of freight carrier and the use of public roads as a work environment, protecting workers and users from potential risks associated with their work. Industrial safety and occupational health projectsObjective: To develop risk and potential hazard analyses in the workplace by analyzing areas, positions, machinery, and systems. Purpose: To identify weaknesses and latent hazards in order to protect workers and prevent accidents in the workplace. To contribute to a safer environment that protects the right to life and physical integrity of the work community. Road safety education projects, programs, and campaigns for senior citizens: Objective: To inform older drivers about risks and physical limitations, provide them with cognitive resources to increase their safety while driving, boost their self-esteem, and enhance their protection by disseminating relevant information to other road users. Purpose: To reduce traffic accidents involving older drivers, increase their safety and acceptance as road users, and foster an inclusive and participatory road safety culture and community. Organizational and training initiatives for motorcyclists. "Motorcyclists in Order" Project. For training, awareness, and credential updates. Program Objective: To structure a culture of road safety, personal safety, and respect for other road users. Especially for delivery workers, motorcycle taxi drivers, and independent contractors. Purpose: To reduce the high accident rate and prevent injuries, as well as foster a professional work identity and responsible conduct. Assistance and advocacy for children and adolescents who are victims of traffic accidents, labor exploitation, and technological risks . Program Objective: To provide comprehensive assistance to those affected by offering psychological, economic, legal, and family support throughout the accident-related processes. Purpose: To lessen the emotional and economic impact on children and young people who are victims of traffic accidents and their related consequences. Development of corporate training plans: Program Objective: To inform employers related to the association's objective about their responsibilities, duties, and procedures for reducing the workplace accident rate. Purpose: To promote the reduction of workplace accidents by providing risk analyses to correct and adapt the work environment. Development of specialized programs for users and consumers of new technologies: Objective: to identify the risks associated with work performance related to algorithmic stress, the psychological effects, and the replacement of cognitive abilities. Purpose: to prevent the increased risk of traffic and workplace accidents, and the psychological and moral harm caused by the use of new transportation, work, and traffic technologies.  Interactive programs aimed at the public service function of the State and governments: Objective: to reduce road, workplace, and technology-related accidents through the State's public service function by using informational media, cognitive resources, and strategic alliances to design a safety structure for system users and maintain preventive maintenance while providing legal protection through complaints and lawsuits for mismanagement. Purpose: to increase safety, develop systems based on user protection, and ensure that citizens' investments are effectively directed toward public services related to traffic and technology. Design of manuals, standards, and risk analyses in the area of ??study. Dissemination of the human rights of users of traffic, transportation, work, and technology.   Programs and projects fostering collaboration between employers and workers.
